Terms of Service

Once a gallery has been downloaded or individual photos have been downloaded from the gallery it is deemed non-refundable. If you have not paid for additional images in the gallery set and have downloaded them, you will be invoiced for those images.

You may share the gallery with friends and family, however, we ask that you do not alter the images with filters or cropping.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Gift and eGift Cards expire 3 years from the date of issue, after which it will be invalid and any remaining balance will become the property of Alexandra Orme Photography.

Please treat the Gift / eGift card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded or used to buy another Gift / eGift Card, or used to make payment on a credit account, unless required by law.

Redeemable by contacting Alexandra Orme Photography either by email contact@alexandraorme.com, phone – 0400428955 or website www.alexandraorme.com.
No change will be given, but the balance may be applied to future sessions or product purchases.

Gift / eGift Cards can only be used to make purchases up to the initial Gift / eGift Card amount, or the remaining balance. If your purchase exceeds the balance on the Gift / eGift Card, you must pay the excess using another payment method.

Physical products purchased using the Gift / eGift Card are subject to Alexandra Orme Photography’s exchange or returns policy. Where you are eligible for a refund, to the extent that you paid for goods using a Gift / eGift Card, you will be refunded by way of Gift / eGift Card. You will not be sent statements or transactions on your Gift / eGift Card.
